Double chocolate peanut butter awesome

I had a cookie monster moment. It was fast sunday, and I saw the bag of Reeses on my nightstand, and the light went on. Double chocolate peanut butter cup cookies. Brilliant idea.

So here's the recipe I used:

Ingredients:
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1/3 cup baking cocoa

Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes, until you can just see little cracks appearing on the edges of the cookie. Don't overcook, it'll make them too chewy.

These were delicious. My official taste tester gets home tonight, so we'll see what he thinks. :)
2 tablespoons milk
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder - I put in 1/2 tsp for extra fluffiness
1 cup chopped Reeses Peanut Butter Cups (I would recommend freezing them a little bit first, so they aren't as messy when you're chopping them up)

  1. Cooking is totally different when you do it for someone else right? :)
